Non reflective 3D scanning for Automated Optical Inspection (video)

FidelityArt have developed a non-invasive method of 3D scanning to be incooperated into Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine.

Unlike other 3D scanning method, this technology does not require spray or object and is not affected by reflective surface. It is high speed and gives a 3rd dimension to the conventional AOI, usually gives only 2 dimension of readings.
